Common Questions

Everything you need to know before your visit

When and where is the Winter Market held?

The 2026 Winter season runs from Jan 8 through April 25. We are at Braeside Market on Thursdays (10am–2pm) and Wayfarer Theater on Saturdays (10:30am–2:30pm).

Since the Winter Market is held indoors at food service venues, only trained service animals are permitted inside. Our outdoor summer market is fully dog-friendly!

Wayfarer (Saturdays): Free public parking is available in the lots along Second Street and Central Avenue. Braeside (Thursdays): Street parking is available along St. Johns Avenue and near the Metra station.

Yes, most of our vendors accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and Venmo. However, keeping some cash on hand is recommended for smaller purchases.

Applications are open now! Click the “Vendor Registration” button in the Locations section above, or email us directly at ravinia1978@gmail.com to request an application packet.

We prioritize local growers (winter crops), artisan bakers, specialty food producers (cheese, honey, sauces), and sustainable wellness products.

For the indoor market, tents are not required. You must provide your own table (max 6ft) and display setup. Chairs are generally provided by the venue.

Limited electrical access is available at both venues. Please note your power requirements specifically in your application so we can place you near an outlet.

We offer flexible sponsorship tiers ranging from Community Supporters to Headline Sponsors. Contact Ed Kugler at 847-579-9080 to discuss a package that fits your goals.

Sponsors receive brand visibility on our website (like the Partners section above), logo placement on weekly email newsletters, social media shout-outs, and options for on-site promotional tables.
