Ravinia Farmers Market Update – week of June 26, 2024

Happy first week of summer! The Michigan berry season is officially here, with early blueberries, sweet and tart cherries, currants and possibly even raspberries available at this week’s Ravinia Farmers’ Market on Wednesday, June 26 from 7am-1pm at Jens Jensen Park. Plan your weekly menu shopping around all that’s in season this week from our more than 20 vendors, including a variety of early summer fruits and veggies, and the final weeks of Michigan strawberries and asparagus, plus our usual Market offerings.

Starting this week, join Lori Fink and YogaSix Highland Park for free Farmers Market Yoga from 9:30-10:30 am in Jens Jensen Park. All levels are welcome, no need to register, come as you are and bring your own mat. Voluntary donations are welcome, and proceeds will go to benefit community-based organizations.

Running through the September 14 market, stop by the Welcome Tent to enter the Ravinia Festival Free Drawing Experience for a chance to win tickets to upcoming concerts, courtesy of Ravinia Festival. This week, you could win two passes to see Lyle Lovett & His Large Band with special guest Clint Black on June 30, as well as a Ravinia goodie bag. Additional prizes may include natural product goodie bags and gift cards from local Highland Park merchants.

Special thank you to our Market Sponsors: Ravinia Neighbors Association, The Highland Park Community Foundation, Life Rhythms, Carolyn Cerf @properties, Ravinia Festival, Wayfarer Theaters, Chiro One Wellness, Keyth Security and additional contributors for their generous support.

We invite everyone to experience the vibrant community atmosphere and the freshest local offerings at the Ravinia Farmers’ Market. Plan your visit to ensure a delightful and fruitful shopping experience that supports local farmers and artisans.
